Frequently Asked Questions

There are 4 payment options to choose from:

Option 1: Required for all accounts below $10K but available for all. Full payment installment plans.

Option 2: Available for accounts between $10K - $or more.

Two Pay: 50% of the Annual Premium is due on the effective date of the Annual Period. The balance is due in one installment 6 months following the effective date of the Annual Period. There is a $6 service fee for each premium installment.

Option 3: Available for accounts between $15K - $or more.

Four Pay: 25% of the Annual Premium is due on the effective date of the Annual Period. The balance is due in 3 installments (the last installment may be a little more) 2 months, 4 months, and 6 months after the policy effective date of the Annual Period. There is a $6 service fee for each premium installment.

Option 4: Available for accounts over $20K.

Ten Pay: 25% of the Annual Premium is due on the effective date of the Annual Period. The balance is due in 8 equal installments of approximately 8.33% each month or 30, 60, 90, 120, 150, 180, 210 and 240 days after the policy effective date of the Annual Premium and the final installment of approximately 8.36% (remaining balance) 270 days after the policy effective date of the Annual Premium. There is a $6 service fee for each premium installment.

*Please note the due date of each installment payment is due on the same date of the policy effective date. So if the
policy is effective on the 15th of the month the installment payment will be due on the 15th.

2. Click on the “Make A Payment” link on the top part (header) of the website.

   

3. On the appearing page, click on “Pay Now” button.

   

4. For the first text field (Insured Name), type in the first 3 letters of the insured name.

   

5. For the second text field (Policy Number), type in the full policy number in this format: CLB1000XXX.
6. Click the “Search Policies” button to view the insured’s statement.
